Originally started as StratestLabs, a business unit within DMC Stratex Networks, Inc. the organization was renamed MiCOM Labs, Inc. and developed as an independent organization in 2001.

After establishing a consolidated position within the wireless industry MiCOM Labs, is now a full compliance service provider with an extended technology base that supports advanced systems such as medical electronics, aerospace communication devices, radars, military /defense communications and underground mining systems.
